Refunds and Returns Policy

At Streets Construction, LLC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about your project or purchase, please review our policy below:

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with any completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion at (863) 940-9875 or [email protected]. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer remediation or adjustments at no additional cost, provided the concern falls within the scope of our agreed-upon contract.
  • Deposits and Payments: Initial deposits and progress payments for construction projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover labor, materials, and planning costs. If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued, less any incurred preparation expenses, at our discretion.
  • Materials Returns: If we supply materials (e.g., fixtures or equipment) that are defective or incorrect, we will replace them at no cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery. Custom-ordered or installed materials are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Warranty: All work is backed by a limited warranty as outlined in your contract. Contact us for details specific to your project.
